When are you open?

We deliver between 9h and 21h, Monday through Friday. If you leave a note in checkout, we can deliver to you at a time you specify -- provided it's during store hours.

Where do you deliver?

Postal codes starting with: 101, 102, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 120, or 121.

How can I make an order?

Please use this shop, or our Facebook page.  Unfortunately, we do not take orders via telephone.

Do I need an account to make an order?

Nope. You can make an account with us to make checkout easier, but aside from that it's not necessary. 

How can I pay?

You can either pay cash on delivery, or credit card via Stripe during checkout.

Can I get a certain ingredient removed?

Sadly, no.

How quickly can you deliver?

We try to make deliveries within 30 minutes of us receiving an order. If delivery is taking longer than 35 minutes, either send us an email (contact@cakecake.co) or send us a message via our Facebook page.

If your address is hard to locate, please leave a note in the checkout with instructions on how we can find you! 

I live near your address; can I pick up my order from you?

Not currently. Perhaps in the future we'll offer this, however.

Where can I find nutritional information for your cakes?
